3) The reservation calendar is maintained by Susan Hayes at rentals@planetgranite.org. Written reservations indicating the nature of the use of the pool or rec. building are required for private parties and are taken on a first-come, first-serve basis by registering with rentals@planetgranite.org. Reservations will not be confirmed until a deposit is received. A rental agreement must also be completed at the time the reservation is made. Forms are available at the pool sign-In desk or you may download a form below.
4) Facilities may be rented only during the swimming season, Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.
5) All pool parties must have lifeguards on duty. A minimum of three guards is required for a party size of 50 people or less; a minimum of four guards for a party size of 51 to 75 people; and a minimum of five guards for a party size of 76 to 100 people.
6) Hourly rate for lifeguards are $18/hour per lifeguard. The guards should be paid in cash at the end of the party. In the event of cancellation, the guards must be paid for a minimum of one hour if the party is cancelled after they have arrived.
7) Facilities can be rented from 8:30 p.m. until midnight. All parties must end by midnight.

9) All amplified entertainment (live or recorded) should be directed toward the interstate and away from the residential neighborhood located on the other side of the railroad tracks.
10) The use of alcohol will be at the discretion of the member and must be controlled by the member. Absolutely no glass containers are allowed in the pool area. Kegs, cans, boxed wines and plastic beverage containers are the only types permitted. No underage drinking will be allowed. The Association will not be liable for any accidents or incidents related to the use of alcohol on the premises. Lifeguards cannot be responsible for handling alcohol. Leftover refreshments that are to be offered to the general membership the following day are the sole responsibility of the host. This includes securing overnight storage and dispersal the following day.
11) All rentals are for rain or shine (no refunds). In the event of rain, the Recreation Building may be used. All but one lifeguard may be dismissed if the pool will not be used. One guard must stay to close up pool and building. The Recreation Building must be left in the same condition as found.
12) At the completion of the party, the renter is responsible for all cleanup and for having at least two individuals available to help the lifeguard(s) close the pool. Whatever the designated closing time for the party is, all guests should be off the Club grounds by that time. Guards MUST be paid for any time beyond the designated closing hour. For example, if you have reserved the pool until 10:00 and the pool grounds have not been cleaned up and are not ready for closing until 10:20, the guards should be paid for an additional half hour. The same is true if your guests gather in the parking lot and converse after the closing time, which prevents the guards from closing the main gate to the club. Please remember that guards may rely on rides to get home or may have other commitments after a party, so sticking to your designated closing time is very important. Download the Facility Cleanup Checklist below.
